Cast of characters: Dave and Connie, humans. Shadow and Bentley, canine companions.
Starting location: Yakima, Wa
In order to form a more perfect record of their adventures, Connie and Dave will be keeping this record of their travels with Shadow and Bentley. They will be starting their adventure in mid April of this year. This is intended as a record of their travels with their canine friends and a way to communicate with family.
Current situation 3/28/18.
Dave:
Connie and I have purchased a travel trailer and pickup. We intend to end up in the Phoenix area to take advantage of the weather and plethora of trailer parks. We have no idea of what will happen or who we will meet. Our most up to date route is to drive down US 101 and take in all the sights and sounds that cross our path. Visit Connie's daughter, Dacia in LA, do a little Disneyland and other touristy things, then head for AZ to see what the future will bring, Con's younger daughter, Cassidy lives in Scottsdale. Sometime in July we will travel, with trailer, to NOLA to meet with Cassidy and just be touristy.
As we learn more about posting we will try to be as informative as possible about our adventures as we can. As we learn more there will be pictures included.
At this moment we are house setting while packing the trailer, (yet to be named). We will be moving full time into the trailer 4/1. We will be spending some time at the Suntides RV park while we get aquainted with the trailer and get used to the less spacious accommodations.
Connie's last day at work is Friday, April 13. As we both were born on a 13th we feel this to be a good date for freedom to begin.
